Ayurvedic yoga massage, a great way!
When I feel/sense the easiness of my body and walk on the street with the body up right, I fall deeply in love with this type of bodywork.
The conscious touch of hands or feet sooths gently or releases deeply. The light scrubbing sensation of the powder is very special. Aside from its effect of helping releasing toxin from skin, what I love most is the sensation created by the falling powder, it's like something falling down and kissing you.
A very unique part of this bodywork is the combination of yoga stretching. The stretching respects the limit of every individual, supports the expansion of space of the body, the frame of the body seems stretched, extended and expanded. Through the help of the giver allows the body to sense the comfort of expanded frame, and get used to stretching. So this so-called lazy-man yoga is a great beginning of establishing the hobby of stretching! After all it's really great to feel body being pulled up by a thread and standing naturally up right.
This training is not just learning a way of bodywork, but also an opportunity to take care of the body and be close to it. Neeten is a very fine and sensitive teacher. He respects the difference of every individual, shares the exercises of coming close to oneself and teaches this bodywork step by step in a receptive and gradual way.
Therefore, if you wanna get to know yourself more and get close to your body, or you wanna learn a great way of working with the body, this is a wonderful opportunity for you!
